HANHF GIVES MATERIAL SUPPORT TO LATE BARAKA'S FAMILY

By: Bisodun Roxanne Bassey.

As a mother careth for her children so is the inbuilt attitude of Honourable Abayomi Fagbenro Founder Hope Also Need Help Foundation. As he mentioned that a Good mother will not hear the cry of her child and keep mute without coming to the rescue. One of the holy books confirms this by saying "will a mother forsake her suckling child and say if he likes he live or die?".

While on a Condolence support visit to the bereaved Family of  late victim of Rape that was widely reported in ibadan, Baraka a 100level student of Awolowo Obafemi University of Agriculture I.A.R and T Odo- on a Campus who was raped to death in the late hours of 1st of June 2020 in Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State Ibadan, leaving behind her parents and nine year old  Abdul-Azeez younger brother in this sinful world.

HANHF paid Barakat's family a condolence visit and took the opportunity to gift the family some materials as some form of support. Reactions of well meaning members of the society and humanitarian organisations have triggered the law enforcement arm to ensure that the perpetrators  of this dastardly acts are brought to face the full wrath of the Law.

It is in this spirit that Hon. Abayomi Fagbenro and his team had to direct  HANHF Team to get to the root of the matter while enjoining all the stakeholders to supply useful intelligence reports on how to apprehend the criminals.j

According to Mrs Kafayat Bello, the mother of the late Baraka who is presently suffering from the excruciating pains of the untimely death that took her daughter in her prime. While speaking in an interview, Baraka's mother said  "no one has any idea of how much agonising this is to me".

"Had it been I have financial means for survival apart from  petty trade, maybe  Barraka would have been alive today as there was no money to put the house in place, windows, corridor doors, and entrance are widely opened though covered with Nylon stuff, but lack. Well, it pleases God on His decisions towards Men on earth, I have left everything in Gods Hand but I want the Government and everyone God has shown mercy to help me in whichever way they could, I have accepted my fate" says the bereaved mother of the  late Rape victim.

Though she could not say anything about her birth experience, what her dreams and what she had wished for her family. She could only talk about the vacuum her daughter's death has caused. She however solicit for help from well meaning members of the society.

Despite the deep sorrow at the loss of Mrs Bello Kafayat's promising daughter, now the bereaved family of late victim has not been able to sleep with their two eyes closed. They constantly live under the morbid fear of evil perpetrators  gaining direct access to their privacy.

Hon. Abayomi Fagbenro's  Foundation put a smile on the face of the bereaved Family of late Baraka that was raped to death due to insecure environment which was as a result of abject poverty.  After the Foundation confirmed facts that eventually  turned out to be true, six windows were fixed with Tinted aluminium Glass frame by Hope Also Need Help foundation on Thursday 23rd of July.

Hon. Abayomi Fagbenro hereby urge the Government and members of the society to tackle and treat the issue of Rape and reliable security measures as serious issues while doing their best to ensure that the dividends of democracy gets to all and sundry.

Vinicius, who had proved decisive in Madrid’s win over Real Valladolid on Wednesday, looked set to see off Levante as well, before Benzema notched his first goal of the season late on. Madrid have now recorded three clean sheets from their four opening games, although a draw away at Real Sociedad has given an early advantage to Barcelona, who play away at Sevilla later on Sunday. “We had to suffer,” said Zinedine Zidane. “We had chances in the second half to kill the game and that would have made it different. We suffered a lot because they also had chances.” Madrid and Barca had earlier played out the first ever women’s Clasico after Madrid finally launched their female team this season. Yet Barcelona showed their superiority in a 4-0 rout. But the men’s team have become something of a defensive juggernaut under Zidane after their solidity and resilience formed...
